All vinyl is U.V stable. Arm side supports are injection molded fibreglass re inforced plastic. Centre supports are bent anodised alloy.
All fasteners are 316 stainless steel.
The internal boarding is injection molded 15mm (back rest) & 19mm (seat board) plastic.
Foam cushions are custom made and cut from the higest quality foam.
Vinyl is heat shrunk then glued over boards and foam.
